We are available for mobile private parties, birthday parties, fundraisers, business events and much more!!
ALL DEPOSITS HAVE BEEN WAIVED AT THIS TIME!!!! What's even better than that? We will travel up to 60 miles from Houston, TX with a $40.00 add on fee for locations between 20-60 miles. 

We want to make sure that you get our full attention and energy for your party so we only schedule one party a day.

As the host/hostess, you are responsible for inviting your guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guest to register is 7 days prior to your event. Only those who have registered can attend so please be sure everyone registers. 

You MUST have a minimum of 6 guests {including yourself} register for the event. If you do not get 6 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (7 days prior to event), your event will be cancelled or rescheduled.

Private Workshops will have exclusive access of our mobile workshop for 2.5-3 hours on the date and time you have secured. Parties can be held either inside or outside at your desired location. We provide all equipment and materials, you'll just need to provide the space, tables and chairs!

Additional time can be added for a fee.

We will provide tables and chairs for a $50 fee

Feel free to BYOB or wine to your workshop; however all guests MUST BE 18 years of age or older.

 

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Pick your date from the drop down menu. 

2. In the personalization box; please indicate your desired start time and let us know if this is for a special occasion!

Once you have registered, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive party link.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
